Mission Statement

Brain Optimization™ Holistic Institute threefold mission is:

Support and empower our members and student body to move from seeking the Truth about themselves and the Universe into the realization of their True Nature, and the Essence of the Universe as Consciousness. Once this is achieved the student has been capacitated and is encouraged to become a holistic practitioner and/or teacher as well. This is attained through three 10-month courses with certification:

1- Certification in Nutrition with Emphasis in Brain Optimization.™ The student learns to heal, take care and optimize the human brain using effective nutritional interventions.

2- Certification in Wellness Coaching with Emphasis in Cognitive Psychology: The student learns to mantain and use their brain effectively, generating harmonious and positive thoughts and feelings.

3- Certification in Spiritual Psychology with Emphasis in Non-Duality:The student finds out "who" is using the brain really, and what it is using it for.They are guided step by step to wake-up to their True Nature and attain dis-identification from the stories created by the brain,
including the story of "me."
