Embodiment Coaching requires understanding of Life at its four fundamental levels -- physical/molecular, energetic/emotional , psychological/mental and Consciousness or Spiritual. Additionally, Awakening to Consciousness has to be manifested in the teacher.

Gian's has been a very long journey. More that fourty years devoted to meditation, the practice of psychotherapy, healing, personal and transpersonal development, general nutrition as well as brain nutrition, and more. It is this long journey that allows Gian today, to help advanced students -- students that have Awakened to their True Nature. Awakening helps immensely, but without proper Embodiment is insufficient to attain freedom from suffering.
